A city boy was injured in a shooting on 11th Avenue late Saturday night, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.
The victim, 15-year-old, was in the area of 11th Avenue and East 28th Street, when he was struck by gunfire.
Police received a report of a shooting in the area at 11:03 p.m. Upon arrival, police officers located the victim and rushed him to Saint Joseph’s Regional Medical Center.
The victim is receiving treatment for non-fatal gunshot wounds, authorities said.
