Are police issuing summonses in the ghetto? I think not. Why ghetto? Barely anyone is using mask and groups of people within inches from eachother

The city of Paterson and the Police can take those summonses and stick them in their ass!!!!
nobody's working everything's shut down. what are they going to do. take the money from their
EBT Card?. you couldn't break up groups of people before all this and you're not going to do it now.
maybe those issued summonses will be denied entry into the food pantry. until they pay. (sarcasm)

Breaking up those groups should have been an ongoing thing.

4,276 cases?.. now. multiply that by 20 and you may come close to an accurate count.
considering there's no testing for Paterson residents. (only for police and fire)
