Paterson teen, shot multiple times on Jefferson Street, dies

A teenager shot multiple times on Jefferson Street yesterday has died from his injuries, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.

Bryan Vargas, 19-year-old, of Paterson, succumbed to injuries at around 4:46 p.m. on Wednesday.

Vargas had been in critical condition at Saint Joseph’s University Medical Center since getting shot outside of 89 Jefferson Street the day before.

Vargas was found lying in the street next to a parked vehicle, police said. He was rushed to the hospital for treatment.

No arrests have been made.

Police continue to investigate the incident. Anyone with information is asked to call the Paterson Police Detective Bureau at 973-321-1120.

      That’s an interesting point. It’s an ugly truth. But BLM only ever intended to address the singular issue of police killings. That was the agenda. I don’t know what else to say. I just can’t see millions of people around the world protesting Black on Black killings like these for some reason. Certainly, if Black lives matter you’d think it would be a natural for this to become part of what the movement represents.

      what would the republicans do? pardon the dealers for $. give tax breaks to rich folk, or bring in neonazis to attack the minorities and drive them out? Paterson is what it is by design …ever hear of redlining? They need a place to keep the poor colored folks so they dont come to their rich white towns
