The city’s Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Board imposed a 10-day suspension on a Lakeview section liquor store for operating while suspended by the New Jersey Division of Taxation.
Paulino Liquors of Trenton Avenue was scheduled for a hearing on Wednesday evening before the board over the December 14th, 2015 infraction. The establishment permitted “prohibited activity” on premises while suspended, according to city records.
The owner, after being notified, failed to appear, according to the city.
A 10-day suspension was issued to the establishment which is located at 272 Trenton Avenue, according to city records.
Suspension begins on Monday, February 15th, 2016.
