The South Paterson liquor establishment Mo’s Low Cost Liquors and Bar received a 30-day suspension from the city’s Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Board.
Police cited the business for operating while suspended on October 8th, 2014, according to city records. The establishment which is located at 620 Main Street was also cited for allowing non-employees on site before or after the legal sale hour.
The business was cited on November 22nd, 2014 for selling alcohol to an underage patron, according to city records. It also sold packaged hard liquor before or after the legal hour, according to records.
On January 11th, 2015, the business yet again sold to an underage patron, according to city records.
The board issued a 30-day license suspension to Mo’s Low Cost Liquors and Bar on Wednesday night.
Suspension begins on Monday, February 15th, 2016.
