In the on going case of Goow Vs Councilman Akhtaruzzaman Judge Thomas Brogan was opted to inform Passaic County Prosecutor’s office to investigate if a criminal investigation is warranted. Due to Akhtaruzzaman filling for  emergency food stamp during the flood using his Totowa address instead of his Paterson address. His lawyers claim there is nothing to worry about here.
