City voters will decide on three school board members out of eight candidates at the polls today.

Candidates running for three-year seats on the Paterson board of education are:

• Joel Ramirez
• Kenneth Simmons
• Jonathan Hodges*
• Chrystal Cleaves*
• Joyed Rohim
• Sebastian Mejia
• Andres Scott
• Fannia Santana.

Polls opened at 6 a.m. and will remain open until 8 p.m.

Voters will also select a new governor for New Jersey and pick three Passaic County Freeholders. There are also two ballot questions.
