Two city men were wounded in an early Thursday morning shooting on 12th Avenue, according to police.
The first victim, 24, and the second victim, 26, were wounded at about 12:54 a.m. outside of 298 12th Avenue, according to police.
The first victim was grazed by a bullet and the second victim suffered a gunshot wound to the foot, according to police.
Police said the first victim was transported to St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center while the second victim managed to get himself to the hospital.
Both have been treated and released from hospital, according to police.
“The cease-fire detectives are actively investigating this matter and I have the upmost confidence in their abilities and closing this and holding those responsible for their actions,” said police director Jerry Speziale.
