A powerful explosion rocked South Paterson on Tuesday morning when a house exploded after reports of gas leak.

The explosion occurred at 16 Goshen Avenue, according to witnesses. Police and fire responded to the scene. It’s not clear if anyone has been injured.

The explosion happened at 9:24 a.m. as a gas leak was being investigated.
