A three-day Passaic County Superior Court warrant enforcement operation yielded 39 arrests since Sunday, according to Passaic County Sheriff Richard Berdnik.

Berdnik said the arrests were made throughout Passaic County for offenses like aggravated sexual assault, robbery, unlawful possession of a weapon, aggravated assault, and burglary.

Detectives busted Clarence Jones, 34, of Paterson with heroin, crack cocaine, and marijuana.

Jones had the drugs in plain view when detectives visited his residence to enforce a warrant, authorities said.

Detectives seized 40 baggies of crack cocaine, 20 glassine envelopes of heroin, and a plastic bag of marijuana.

Jones was charged with various drug offenses.

“The PCSO Will continue to actively pursue any individuals who have fled justice,” Berdnik said. “I want to commend the detectives involved in this operation.”
